Make it illegal for a workplace, place of education or leisure to lack windows

People with conditions such as autism, anxiety disorder or claustrophobia often struggle with enclosed places and can further 'disable' a person's mobility. This would call for places such as large shopping centres to provide a place in each room to let in natural light to decrease anxiety.
