Reduce Driving test fee

After struggling to pass my test for years i decided to calculate how much money i spent on test fees, currently a driving test fee stands at £62 and £75 on weekends. However, many people do not pass 1st time so having to pay £62 like i did for every test adds up to a fortune.

38% of people pass 1st time according to statistics published by the BBC, this means more than half of the UK population are paying more than £62 in test fees, last year alone 15,000 took there test for the 6th time which would amount to £372 in test fees.
