Return the retirement age of Prison Officers to 60. 68 is too late.

Our prisons are dangerous, high stress environments. Working in them is physically, mentally and emotionally demanding, often requiring physical interventions against some of societies most violent men and women. It is not feasible to continue working to 68. Return the retirement age to 60.
