Award ESA for Life for Clin Depression which is Severe, Lifelong & Life-limiting

My name is Neville Bardoliwalla, I have been a lifelong sufferer of Clinical Depression plus also Acute Anxiety Disorder & Recurrent Symptoms of OCD. My condition is considered Severe, lifelong and life-limiting, and I have been placed in the Support Group receiving ESA from the DWP.
