Remove the enforced driving ban for epilieptics on the grounds that it is unfair

Every time an epileptic has a seizure we have to surrender our driving licence for 12 months, there is no medical evidence to suggest a second seizure in that time. Drivers with convictions can escape bans through loopholes, this seems unfair. I would like to challenge this outdated system.
