On May 12th our 9 month old puppy, Arthur, got a branch stuck in his plastic cone, due to this the plastic cone caved in on his windpipes leaving him unable to breathe. We rushed him to the emergency vets with all the vets there working on him, but there was nothing anyone could do to save him.
