Fund more gender identity clinics across the country

There are only 7 GICs in the country to review and treat all transgender/non-binary persons across the country. As a result, the waiting lists are incredibly long, further response from the clinics are long and attaining treatment is difficult. More clinics would make treatment quicker and easier.
