Allow amnesty for illegals who are here from 10 years so they can contribute.

There are many illegals in uk who are here from years but nobody is paying any tax or any kind of benefits towards our society. If government allow them who are here from 10 years or long they can generate an estimate of £1to £2 billion just from application fees as currently it is £2500.
