BAN vaping and smoking while in charge of a vehicle.

Sitting in traffic and having vape and smoke drifting into your car from other inconsiderate drivers is disgusting! and dangerous while driving. Vaping is worse, some drivers fill the car with vape and cant even see where they are going!
