Teenagers should be allowed to drive motorbikes 50cc-120cc from age 14 upwards.

I thinks teenagers should be allowed driving from the age 14 upward legally so they don't drive illegally any more and enjoy some time but they should also do a test to see if they are capable of driving a scooter and if they drive from a young age their brain will develop on driving and skills.
