Change the House of Commons' layout to a circular room to reduce toxic debate.

Having a layout of two opposing sides to the House of Commons encourages toxic language, combative politics, and results in MPs arguing against each other, rather than working together for the good of the country. With Parliament due to temporarily relocate, this is an ideal time to do so.
