A review into mental health support for nurses

The Office for National Statistics have shown that more than 300 NHS nurses have taken their own lives in just seven years. A toxic culture of bullying has resulted in more than on nurse committing suicide every week in 2014 alone, with statistics alarmingly on the rise.

Nurses often described a decline in their own mental health as a way of trying to cope with stress and are reluctant to seek support, fearing that it would blot there career.

We are asking for a review into mental health support for nurse's and any support to be easily available and swift to access.
