Because 1 in 4 people worldwide suffer from Mental Health and there should be more help for employees. The requirement for Mental Health First Aiders in a workplace should be mandatory not optional. We spend most of our lives at work and the stresses of work can and does contribute to poor Mental Health. Employers should therefore be required by law to provide this assistance.
