Increase the budget for the UK Space Agency to £5 billion by 2024

The UKSA has been ignored for too long despite being a major benefit to the UK economy. I suggest that the Government should increase its budget to £3 billion by 2022 and £5 billion by 2024. Help the UK pave the way for Humanity's future in space.
