Create a right to paid leave for women and men following all miscarriages

Following a miscarriage a woman is often left with pain and heartache, not to mention heavy bleeding. The thought of returning to work can be crippling and being left on your own while your partner returns to work can leave you feeling down and depressed. A miscarriage can also be just as painful for the father so they should also be entitled to paid leave from work.
