Debate the Chinese government’s handling of Covid-19

We'd like a formative and respectful debate in the House of Commons in an attempt to gauge whether the problems we are currently facing could've been stopped or halted a lot quicker, and whether the Chinese government has been transparent in the information it has published about the outbreak.
