I feel during this pandemic we are currently in, care staff and NHS staff have become the most needed. I think as a reflection of their hard work there should be a pay rise.

As a careworker/support worker at times I feel we are looked down on as a 'carer', especially because it is a minimum wage job. I feel a pay rise after this pandemic would just show appreciation. The NHS staff have worked endless hours risking their own health/lives deserve a pay rise also.
