Require broadcasters to have BSL interpretation for all news broadcasts

Not all deaf people can read subtitles or lip read, and therefore can be excluded by broadcasts that do not include British Sign Language (BSL). This is a particular issue during the pandemic since we are all under lockdown and are particularly reliant on broadcast news.
