My brother-in-law was diagnosed in January 2020 with stage 4 bowel cancer and sadly lost his battle in October 2020 at the young age of 30 and if tests had been done sooner, we believe he may have had a fighting chance. Due to his age, his symptoms were not recognised as being bowel cancer and nothing was done about this until it was sadly too late.
