The government should commission a comprehensive report, collating all the pertinent information from military and civilian records, relating to reports of UFO (unidentified flying objects) or UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) which have taken place within the UK and which remain unexplained.

UAP and UFO events may be recorded by a number of different military or civilian authorities, via personnel or public reports, radar, missile detection systems or other equipment. This precludes the opportunity to collate and compare for analysis any pattern of events which may be useful in determining the nature and origin of events which remain unexplained.
