Make Monday 12th July a bank holiday if England get to the Euro 2020 final

If England get to the Euro 2020 final the game kicks off at 8pm on the Sunday. Make the Monday a bank holiday in order to allow everyone to enjoy the experience and allow pubs extended opening hours.
