The Government should: - Fund High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) air filters for ALL classrooms - Reintroduce longer isolation periods for infected children and staff - Reintroduce free mandatory testing.

The rhetoric we hear from some people that children are not affected by covid is FALSE. Covid can lead to hospitalisation and even death for some children. There are currently estimated to be 149,000 children who have self-reported as living with long covid in our country alone.
Please sign. The government must take steps now to protect staff and children in schools by reintroducing preventative measures to mitigate the spread of covid.
