Due to driving test backlogs, allow 3 years for non-GB licence holders to drive

As it is extremely difficult to get a date for driving test, we want the Government to extend the period people are allowed to drive using non-GB licences to up to 3 years.

Due to the very long wait to get a driving test date many people are paying to get date for test, or having to travel huge distances to a test centre with availability. We believe this isn't practical or ethical.

Given the difficulties getting a driving test, we want people using non-GB licences to be able to drive in the UK for up to 3 years, at least until the driving backlog is reduced.
