Require schools to deliver boxing-based activities in PSE and health curriculum

Young people face growing pressures affecting mental health and decision-making. We want the government to require structured programmes in schools that combine emotional awareness, discipline and decision-making skills, including safe boxing-based training to build resilience and self-control.

Young people face increasing pressures from violence, social media influence and poor decision-making. Many conflicts and life-changing mistakes happen because young people are not taught practical skills in emotional awareness, discipline and conflict management. Boxing-based activities can help develop focus, self-control and resilience. We believe combining physical activity with decision-making education could improve wellbeing, reduce harmful behaviour and better prepare young people for real-life challenges.
