Medical cannabis can be legally prescribed in the UK but is not readily available on the NHS. This means veterans who are prescribed medical cannabis for chronic pain, PTSD and other conditions must pay privately for their medication.

We believe eligible veterans who pay for medical cannabis should be able to access a government-funded reimbursement scheme. Veterans Affairs Canada reimburses veterans for the cost of medical cannabis. We believe UK veterans deserve similar support.
