Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, whether his Department has made an estimate of the depreciation of the value of properties whose communal energy supply is bought on their behalf by management companies at a commercial rate.

The Department has not seen evidence of property value depreciation as a result of communal energy supply being bought by management companies, but would welcome the provision of any such evidence.
