Question to the Department for Business and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, with reference to the Department for International Trade's publication of ministerial travel data for July to September 2022, what the cost was of the (a) plane tickets and (b) accommodation used by the former Minister of State for International Trade on his visit to Indonesia from 20 to 24 September 2022.

The Government publishes, on gov.uk, details of the total cost of overseas Ministerial travel, including costs of travel, and of other costs (visas, accommodation, meals). However, as has been the case under successive administrations, the Government does not publish granular detail on Ministers’ travel at home or abroad, nor details of those accompanying them.
