Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will make it his policy to initiate legal action to obtain official information owned by the Crown held by Lord Mandelson within scope of the Humble Address.

The search process followed by the officials leading the Humble Address response process is set out in the ‘Methodology’ section of the Volume II publication. The Government conducted multiple rounds of discovery from relevant ministers, special advisers, and officials (including those no longer in post) in line with the motion passed by the House.
