Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to paragraph 7.4 of his Department's report, Regulatory Futures Review, published in January 2017, whether it is his policy that arms-length bodies should operate under models of full cost-recovery where possible.
