Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the Government's policy is on the introduction of legally-binding International Labour Organization Convention on ending violence and harassment in the world of work.

The Government welcomes the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) initiative on ‘Ending Violence and Harassment for Women and Men at Work’. The Government is fully engaged in discussions in the ILO on the scope and content of any new instrument.
