Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to the his department's publication Consultation outcome to Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill: reforms to national planning policy, updated 21 September 2023, when he plans to update the National Planning Policy Framework to introduce new flexibilities to meet housing needs.

As set out previously, our formal response to the remaining proposals in the consultation, including those on meeting housing needs, will be published later in 2023.
