Question

To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, further to the answer of 15 June 2026, to Question HL475, on Candidates: Equality, whether data is collected from political parties on the regulatory cost of such a provision; what elections will it apply to; and what protected characteristics will be mandatory to collect and report.

I refer the Hon member to the answer given to PQ HL475. Office for Equality and Opportunity officials are currently exploring when and how to commence the provision under Section 106.
