Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether Ministers met with the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee to discuss its advice on floating bus stops during the preparation of the statutory guidance published on 26 January 2026.

The Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee provided comments on the draft guidance as part of the consultation process established by the Bus Services Act 2025.
