Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate his Department has made of (a) the number of civil penalties expected to be issued under the new Renters Rights enforcement regime during each of the next three years and (b) the revenue local authorities are expected to receive from those penalties; and whether his Department has taken steps to model landlord compliance rates.
