Question

To ask the hon. Member for Blaenau Gwent and Rhymney, representing the House of Commons Commission, whether the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety has any Parliamentary permission, charter or authorisation to use the word Parliamentary in its title.

We have no records of such authorisation but note that the organisation was incorporated at a time when the law and parliamentary rules about naming organisations were less developed than now.
