To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many of the additional EU-related posts that HMRC will require by March 2019 in the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal will be located in Scotland.

HMRC has offices in all regions of the UK and most work is not geographically specific. Any changes to staffing levels within HM Revenue and Customs as a result of the UK leaving the EU will be dependent on the outcome of negotiations.
