Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether his Department has issued guidance to local planning authorities on which policies are relevant for the purposes of sections 1(1)(c) and (5) of the Planning and Energy Act 2008.
