Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, pursuant to the Answer of 25 April to Question 182684 on Renewable Energy: Planning Permission, how many inspector's reports issued to local planning authorities in the last six months on plans submitted for examination in accordance with section 20 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 considered the application of his policy set out in the Written Ministerial Statement on Plan Making of 25 March 2015; how many of these reports commented that the policy had been overtaken by events including by existing and proposed changes to the Building Regulations; and if he will make a statement.
