Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many safety case assessments the Health and Safety Executive has received from duty holders in the offshore oil and gas sector since 2018-19 .

From 2019 to 2023 the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) received 304 safety cases from duty holders in the oil and gas sector.
