Question to the Scotland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of the average time taken by his Department to respond to freedom of information requests in the 2022-23 financial year.

During the 2022-23 financial year, the Scotland Office answered 99% of Freedom of Information requests received within the statutory 20 working day deadline.
