Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what assessment his Department has made of levels of literacy and numeracy in (a) primary school leavers and (b) secondary school leavers in (i)Harrogate and Knaresborough constituency, (ii) Yorkshire and the Humber, (iii) the North of England and (iv) England in each of the last five years.
