Question to the Department for International Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, what progress he has made in laying statutory instruments related to EU exit preparedness; and if he will make a statement.

As of 30 January, my department has laid four exit related statutory instruments. All exit related statutory instruments are published on legislation.gov.uk and include ‘EU Exit’ in their title.
