Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many (a) maintenance, (b) renewal and (c) enhancement shifts were undertaken by Network Rail in each of the last three financial years, excluding work undertaken as part of the TransPennine Route Upgrade.

Network Rail does not hold this information centrally as it is held at a local level by teams and locations across the country.
