Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the press release entitled Government brings in measures to help tackle child poverty, published 3 December 2025, whether she has made an assessment of the impact of the Government’s measures on baby formula on research and investment in the sector.

The Government has not made a specific assessment of the impact of these measures on research and investment in the infant formula sector.
