Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what assessment he has made since his appointment of the adequacy of the Government’s Africa Approach.

The Africa Approach is the result of a comprehensive consultation process. It describes the sort of new relationships that our African partners want and is consistent with our modernised approach to international development. Establishing a new approach is an ongoing process that we will continue to develop.
