The UK Government is committed to promoting reconciliation and supporting young people from differing backgrounds to be educated together. The NIO ministerial team look forward to meeting regularly with Executive colleagues, including the Education Minister, to discuss how we can best work together to promote integrated education in Northern Ireland.

In addition to this, the Government has provided £2.13 million to the grant programme which will help maintain current integrated schools and be used to help non-integrated schools transform to integrated status.
