Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what the percentage of desks provided for staff is as a proportion of the total number of assigned staff in her Department's London headquarters.
This question was answered on 3rd September 2026
On 1 September 2026, the percentage of desks provided for staff as a proportion of the total number of staff assigned to work in 55 Whitehall and 3-8 Whitehall Place in London, was 38.8%.
The calculation has not been adjusted to take into account predictions around planned and unplanned absences.
