Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what is the percentage office workplace attendance requirement in each of the department’s offices, broken down by location; and whether attendance statistics are collated for each of those individual offices.

Staff whose roles are suitable for hybrid working are expected to attend their contractual workplace for a minimum of 60 per cent of their working time. Some roles require full-time workplace attendance, and exceptions may apply in individual circumstances. Attendance data is monitored through departmental systems and can be collated at workplace level.
