o ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to monitor the retention rate of researchers recruited through the Global Talent visa.

The Home Office monitors a range of information relating to the performance of the Global Talent route, including researchers, through administrative data, official statistics and route evaluations.
