To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what steps he is taking to ensure that increased investment by public finance institutions crowds in additional private capital.

Crowding in private capital is a core objective of public financial institutions (PuFIns), with investment principles and targets in place to ensure public capital provides additionality and mobilises private investment.
